Dear Valued Customer, The Laundry Room of Palms is and has been open through the recent pandemic, as we are considered an essential business. With this, there are a few new rules that we need to follow per the State of California’s and CDC’s guidelines.

Our attendants wear masks, gloves, and protective clothing while handling the incoming laundry for our wash and fold services, and while inside the building at all times. The washing machines, dryers, laundry baskets, and folding tables are all disinfected regularly and between uses, including before the folding process of our wash n’ fold services. The customers’ laundry is always washed, dried, and folded separately from each other, and we never mix different customers’ orders. Additionally, all orders are bagged, separated, tagged, and shelfed clearly and separately afterwards so they are ready to be picked up.

We are allowing only 10 people at a time to come inside in order to follow proper Social Distancing rules. We request that only one person per family come inside to allow more customers in. Everyone is allowed to wash, dry and fold their laundry while at our laundromat, however, we request that our customers step outside while their clothes are being washed or dried so others can access the facility. These are just some measures for everyone to stay safe, and we thank and appreciate that our customers have been very responsible and self-disciplined. We are open from 6AM until 9:30PM with last wash at 8PM. Thank you for your cooperation.
